INTENSE GROUPS provides various varieties of steel scraps such as Ferrous Scrap-HMS 1& 2, Re-Roll able Scrap, Plate and Structural Scrap, Coil Cuts, CRC Bundles and Cast Iron scrap.

Our experience and knowledge of the industry offers our customers a distinct advantage when recycling their scrap ferrous metals. As part of our complete recycling services, we work with an extensive network of resellers and brokers worldwide to provide a marketplace for processed metals. Cathodes (copper)

Our primary copper cathode suppliers are producer nations in Africa including DR Congo and Zambia. Our audited exporters are able to arrange small to medium size quantity shipments worldwide.

Ingots (aluminium, tin)

Our aluminium and tin ingots are primarily sourced from Indonesia. We also provide recycled ingots from multiple sources in both small and large quantities.

Scrap metal (aluminium, copper, HMS)

Our core operations are focused at sourcing different grades of ferrous & non ferrous metal scrap from our partner yards in Middle East, West & East Africa. Due to the extensive ground knowledge and relationship with yards in above locations we are able to continuously supply premium grade metal scrap to our Global Clients with assured quality, timely delivery & clean documentation. We ensure that our suppliers are carefully screened for experience, quality, and professionalism so that our clients have a smooth transaction.

We provide primary metals in scrap form via numerous mandate relations across several sources. Common products include:

Aluminium scrap (UBC, Rims, compressors, construction rejects)

Copper scrap (millberry wires, scrap wires, and manufacturing rejects)

Heavy melting steel (HMS) scrap (all forms, including simple construction rejects, railway tracks, ships, and construction equipment scrap).

Scrap

Ferrous Scrap -HMS 1&2

Heavy melting steel (HMS) or heavy melting scrap, is a designation for recyclable steel and wrought iron. It is broken up into two major categories: HMS 1 and HMS 2. The difference between the two is HMS 1 does not contain galvanized and blackened steel, whereas HMS 2 does.

Re-Rollable Scrap

Material over 12mm thick such as: Anchor Chain, Billets, Bars, Tank Plates, Plate Cuttings, Structurals, Half Moons of pipes

Plate & Structural Scrap (PNS)

This grade mainly consists of structural steel such as like H-beams, I-beams, pipes, piling sheets, ect. The size is generally 1500 mm x 1000 mm with a width of 6mm

Coil Cuts

Scrap of H. R. Coils / Steel / Plates, H. R. Pickeled Coils, C. R. Coils / Sheets, Galvanised, Corrugated Sheets, MS Sheet/ Coils/ Plates & Tin.

CRC Bundles

Our types of CRC Bundles are made in accordance with the international quality standards set by the industry. Our CRC Bundles can be purchased at a very competitive pricing.

Cast Iron Scrap

Clean, cast iron scrap including columns, pipe, plates and castings. Its size should not exceed twenty four inches by thirty inches.

Scrap

BARLEY NO. 1 COPPER WIRE

Shall consist of No.1 bare, uncoated, unalloyed copper wire, not smaller than No. 16 B & S wire gauge. Green copper wire and hydraulically compacted material to be subject to agreement between buyer and seller.

BERRY NO. 1 COPPER WIRE

Shall consist of clean, untinned, uncoated, unalloyed copper wire and cable, not smaller than No.16 B & S wire gauge, free of burnt wire which is brittle. Hydraulically briquetted copper subject to agreement

BIRCH NO. 2 COPPER WIRE

Hall consist of miscellaneous, unalloyed copper wire having a nominal 96% copper content (minimum 94%) as determined by electrolytic assay.
Should be free of the following: Excessively leaded, tinned, soldered copper wire; brass and bronze wire; excessive oil content, iron, and non-metallics; copper wire from burning, containing insulation; hair wire; burnt wire which is brittle; and should be reasonably free of ash. Hydraulically briquetted copper subject to agreement.

CLIFF NO. 2 COPPER

Shall consist of miscellaneous, unalloyed copper scrap having a nominal 96%copper content (minimum 94%) as determined by electrolytic assay.
Should be free of the following: Excessively leaded, tinned, soldered copper scrap; brasses and bronzes; excessive oil content, iron and non- metallics; copper tubing with other than copper connections or with sediment; copper wire from burning, containing insulation; hair wire; burnt wire which is brittle; and should be reasonably free of ash. Hydraulically briquetted copper subject to agreement.

NO.1 COPPER WIRE NODULES (Clove)

Shall consist of No.1 bare, uncoated, unalloyed copper wire scrap nodules, chopped or shredded, free of tin, lead, zinc, aluminum, iron, other metallic impurities, insulation and other foreign contamination.
Minimum copper 99%. Gauge smaller than no. 16B & S wire and hydraulically compacted material subject to agreement between buyer and seller

INSULATED COPPER WIRE SCRAP

Shall consist of copper wire scrap with various types of insulation. To be sold on a sample or recovery basis, subject to agreement between buyer and seller.

Inspection

We at INTENSE GROUPS Metals are careful when scrap metal inspection is taken place. There are many aspects we consider when loading of non- ferrous and ferrous metals. Scrap metal is one of the most complex material to inspect, because impurities, corrosion & attachments like oil or other chemicals need to be taken into consideration.

When we perform a metal scrap inspection during loading, it is more than just visual assessment on site and taking pictures. We at INTENSE GROUPS Metals are able to provide in cooperation with number of international operating labs the required certificates our customer needed. This means we are able to perform tests on scrap metals, such as radioactivity test. Further we are following the rules and regulations such as from CCIC or PSIC India.

Quality metal trading is a huge priority for us.

Our Quality Control Inspector is permanently in attendance to make sure our metal scrap materials meet required standards of quality and safety. We ensure the scrap materials undergoes quality check regularly, therefore, preventing loss of quality. Furthermore, we are also able to serve detailed documentation of the inspections and tests on request to ensure an effective metal trading.

Used Rail

We possess a big stock of used rails that range from 40 to 60 Kg per linear metre. These rails are rigorously selected bar by bar as they arrive from our suppliers. There are two selection levels:

  • • Rails for earth restraining stakes
  • • Rails for re-use on tracks

At a second level, perfect condition is guaranteed as regards straightness, cleanliness, minimum wear and tear and head uniformity.

We are engaged in the market for importing and exporting, distributing and supplying of Used Rails R50-R65 (Ferrous Scrap) We receive up-to-the-minute data on who is buying or selling scrap, what kind, where, and for how much. Our unrivaled communications gives us real-time price quotes, scrap availability and over active freight rates. We use all our experience and transportation know-how to successfully move recycled metal between seller and buyer all over the world.

Specification of Used Rails

The purchase contract must include the guaranty for the buyer that the delivered commodity correspond to the characteristics shown below: R50-R65 used rails steel scrap can be cut in 1,5 meter long bra and bundled specification ISRI 200 -202. The commodity shall be corresponding as per inspection certificate issued by SGS - Société Générale de Surveillance ( International consolidated company for goods inspection) at port of loading confirming that the commodity meet the following terms: R50 –R65 used long rails steel scrap, ISRI 200 – 202, as OT may apply, R50-R65 ( 51,67 kg /running meters) – GOST 7173-75, R63-R65 ( 64,72 kg / running meters) GOST 8165 – 57. Scrap steel to be supplied under the present contract shall conform to the steel scrap specifications and standards of the institute of scrap recycling industries ( ISRI) and shall be strictly limited to used rails and scrap steel to standard.
